1. Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the Wargtop website, mobile applications, and any related tools or services.
• "User" refers to any individual who registers for an account or uses any product or service on the Platform.
• "Services" refers to all products, features, and offerings available through the Platform.
• "Content" refers to any text, data, reports, images, or other material provided through the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our Services. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (email, phone, password).
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Services & Products

Wargtop offers a range of products and services through its Platform. All Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any content or results delivered through our Services.

The information and reports provided by Wargtop are for informational and guidance purposes only. They should not be considered a substitute for professional advice. Users should exercise their own judgement when acting upon any information or recommendations.

5. Payments & Pricing

• All prices for paid Services are listed on the Platform and are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
• Payment must be completed before the delivery of any paid Service.
• We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, and other methods as displayed on the Platform.
• All payments are processed securely. Wargtop does not store your full payment credentials.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any changes will not affect orders already placed and paid for.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it is generally non-refundable.
• If we are unable to deliver the requested Service due to reasons attributable to us, a full refund will be issued.
• Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the transaction by contacting our support team.
• Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

7. Referral Program

Wargtop may offer a referral program that allows Users to earn rewards by referring new Users. The terms, reward structure, and eligibility criteria for the referral program are subject to change at our sole discretion. Any abuse or fraudulent use of the referral system will result in forfeiture of rewards and potential account termination.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, reports, software, and design — is the property of Wargtop or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its systems.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or extract data from the Platform.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any Service or Content without authorization.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described therein.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wargtop and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform or Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajasthan, India.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
