This notice concerns the unpaid balance for the design, technical architecture, and development of the Stargazing Software Platform and the Wargtop Corporate Web Application. Both deliverables were completed, handed over, and are in active operation by the company in line with the agreed contract terms.

Communication status & Clarification on Directorship
Multiple formal reminders have been sent regarding the overdue balance. Mr. Satveer Singh Gill has repeatedly claimed to have resigned by writing an informal paper letter. However, statutory Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA / ROC) records confirm that Mr. Gill remains an active Director on the Board of Directors of Wargtop Private Limited alongside fellow Directors Mr. Parmeet Singh Brar and Ms. Divyajeet Kaur. An unfiled, informal paper letter does not legally extinguish directorship nor discharge the Board from collective commercial liability for completed software and website services. Furthermore, our phone numbers and communication channels remain blocked from your side. The governing Board of Directors is jointly and severally requested to resolve this legitimate balance through professional business settlement.

Please credit the outstanding balance of ₹59,183.75 (Rupees Fifty-Nine Thousand One Hundred Eighty-Three and Seventy-Five Paise only) to the account on record by 25 October 2026.
