Terms & Conditions — Kundali Service
1Nature of Service
- 1.1The Kundali/Janampatri provided by Wargtop is an astrological consultation service. This service is for guidance and informational purposes only.
- 1.2The predictions given in the Kundali are based on possibilities. They should not be used as the sole basis for legal, medical, financial, or business decisions.
2Order and Payment
- 2.1To order a Kundali, the customer must provide the correct date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth. The company will not be responsible for a Kundali made due to incorrect information.
- 2.2Once the payment is successful, the order will be processed.
3Delivery
- 3.1The Digital Kundali (only remedies and precautions) in PDF format will be sent to the registered email/WhatsApp within 7 days.
- 3.2The complete Printed Kundali will be sent to your address by post within 10 to 12 working days.
- 3.3In case of delay due to any technical reason or natural calamity, the customer will be informed.
4Refund and Cancellation Policy
- 4.1No refund will be provided if the customer gives incorrect birth details. An additional fee of ₹500/- will be payable for Birth Time Rectification (BTR).
- 4.2If the Digital Kundali is not received within 7 days or the Printed Kundali within 12 days due to a technical fault, a full refund will be made within 5–7 working days.
5Privacy
- 5.1The personal information provided by the customer will be used only for Kundali preparation.
- 5.2Your information will not be shared with any third party without permission. See the Privacy Policy for detailed information.
6Limitation of Liability
- 6.1Wargtop Private Limited will not be responsible for any profit or loss arising from decisions taken based on the information given in the Stargazing Kundali.
- 6.2Astrology is a faith-based subject. It has no scientific proof.
7Intellectual Property
- 7.1The content, design, and logo of the Kundali are the property of Wargtop Private Limited. Copying without permission is prohibited.
8Dispute Resolution
- 8.1In case of any dispute, the decision of Wargtop Private Limited shall be final.
- 8.2All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan.
